Shipping policy
Please understand most orders are made to order. We have a few different options on shipping/delivering.
1. Some stores may be set up by a "representative" for that particular shop. Most of the time those online stores have a closing date. Which means all orders will not be processed and completed until the online store closes. Once the online store has been closed, it could take 2-4 weeks to complete items. If an online representative is in charge of picking up and distributing orders, and this option is selected at checkout, then they will have your order once its completed and be in charge of getting you your order. If you are not able to follow through with this selection, please choose a different option. (Shipping or Pick UP) All of this information has been communicated to the shop representative. You will get communication once your order has been fulfilled!
2. If you choose shipping, please understand all of the above information, and that once your order is completed, we will ship your items accordingly.
3. If you choose porch delivery, once the store closes, and your items are done, then it will be 1-3 business days until your order is delivered to your porch.
